Villa Kati is a unique, fully-equipped apartment villa is located on the waterfront of Vis town, Croatia. Coated with exquisite Brač stone, the same type of stone used for the facade of the White House in Washington D.C., makes one aware of high-quality materials that were used in the construction.
Four self- sustaining units are integrated into one villa while retaining the privacy of each part. The four floors of the villa were completely renovated and refurbished in 2017 after the construction in 2000. The area covers 450 square meters + 305 square meters of terraces and the residence itself consists of four apartments. The first apartment with its 281 square meters includes eight beds and a terrace of additional 225 square meters makes it the largest self-sustaining unit. The other two units include four and one twin beds, each apartment having its own additional private terrace.
Villa Kati also has a private terrace that stretches all the way to the sea allowing the possibility of two yachts berths. The terrace can be used as a sunbathing area during the day and during the evening as an ideal oasis for enjoying the alfresco dining. Preparatory plans and foundations were laid for the construction of the boat-lift up to five tons, as well as the construction of a heated swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 meters. Villa Kati also has a private garage for one vehicle and it served as a temporary home for the Hollywood blockbuster Mamma Mia 2 filmmakers during their stay in the town of Vis.

Only 40 seconds walk from this house there is the best nautical restaurant ‘Pojade’, exceptional and many times awarded place for quality dining. Next to this resaurant there is ‘Val’ restaurant often visited by the Princess of Monaco.
